The client wanted a custom wool felt portrait of their French Bulldog, specifically mentioning the dog's name, Jenny, and repeatedly emphasizing, "The name 'Jenny' must be included in the lower left corner of the portrait; it's her unique identifier." After communication and confirmation, the client finalized the 12-inch size, hoping to clearly showcase Jenny's appearance.

Details Finalized, Meticulous Preparation

We carefully reviewed the photos of Jenny provided by the client, meticulously recording everything from the distribution of light and dark shades of her fur to the details of the wrinkles on her face. Although the client didn't say much during the communication, every time Jenny was mentioned, their tone was full of affection, repeatedly confirming the font style and position of the name, fearing even the slightest discrepancy. We patiently answered every question, promising to accurately reproduce all the details and live up to their expectations.
