The back of the pendant is made with a soft magnetic plate, allowing it to be used as a pendant while also being able to attach to metal surfaces.

The edge stitching is all hand-sewn by skilled artisans, ensuring the pendant is exquisitely crafted.

Delivery
Under normal circumstances, our shipping time is 5-10 days. Delivery timeframes might be affected by product availability and shipping partner delays beyond of PawPawStitches's control, which could result in delivery times being prolonged. Your delivery status will be updated often by PawPawStitches.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept returns. You can refer to the comparison images to determine the similarity of our products. We will do our best to recreate your pet, and so far we have not received any return requests.

1、After you pay the deposit, we will provide an estimated waiting time. 2、Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. 3、Refunds are only provided if the package is lost or damaged during transit. Please record an unboxing video as proof. 4、The completed artwork may be used on our social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not want your pet's artwork to appear on social media.
