A Custom Order, Quietly Begins

On December 3, 2025, the studio received a message filled with cautious anticipation from a client who wanted to order a custom felt car charm of her Teddy Bear dog. Even through the screen, we could feel the importance she placed on this custom order—this importance was evident in her slightly anxious words: "I realized I don't have many photos of my furry friend, mostly videos. After getting a new phone, I only have these three photos left."

Heavy Memories, Lingering Longing

We told her that clear videos could also be used to extract suitable images for the custom order, and she immediately said she would look carefully. Only then did we understand the profound meaning behind this custom order: "He's gone now. These are all the photos I have left from back then; they already have a 'vintage' feel."  These few words conveyed her deep longing for her pet, and strengthened our resolve to create the most perfect piece for her.

Carefully Selecting Materials, Only for Perfection

The initial three photos weren't ideal, so we communicated with her, hoping she could find clearer and better images, "to make it perfect the first time." She searched diligently, and finally we settled on a suitable image. The expected design we then provided immediately satisfied her.

First Draft Completed, Receiving Approval

On December 26th, the first draft of the artwork was completed. We took detailed photos and sent them to her, and quickly received her reply: "It's fantastic, thank you for your hard work."  These simple words were full of appreciation and gave us more motivation to refine the piece. Afterward, we carefully sewed the edges of the car charm, each stitch reflecting our respect for this cherished memory.

Finished Product Received, the Warmth of Reunion

What warmed our hearts even more was that during our communication, she mentioned that she also had a French Bulldog, and after receiving the Teddy Bear car charm, she would consider ordering one for her French Bulldog as well. When she finally received the finished product, the message she sent us left a lasting impression: "I love it so much! It feels like my furry friend has come back to life. Thank you so much!"

For us, every pet felted wool creation is more than just a handicraft; it's like a bridge connecting the owner and their beloved pet, carrying that love that transcends time.
