On December 6, 2025, the studio received a heartfelt inquiry.  The client immediately asked, "I want to commission a custom pet felted sculpture. Do I need to send you my dog's fur?" Before we could reply, she sent a series of photos – the adorable white French bulldog in the pictures was the subject of her desired commission. The client clearly stated her needs: a 10-inch framed portrait and a small pendant. The frame would sit on the windowsill, and the pendant would be carried everywhere, allowing her to see her beloved pet wherever she went.

Full Payment, Complete Trust

We quickly responded, confirming the details of the white French bulldog's fur color, the frame style, and the pendant size. After all the details were discussed, the client paid the full amount without hesitation. We immediately reminded her, "You don't need to pay the full amount yet, a deposit is fine, and you can pay the balance after you're satisfied." But the client's reply was incredibly heartwarming: "It's okay, I've seen your previous work, and I trust you completely. I'll have to pay eventually anyway, so it's no trouble."
