A Connection Through TikTok, Custom-Made Two Dog Pendants

On May 24, 2026, the dog owner contacted our studio, wanting to commission a pair of felted wool pendants for her two deceased pets—one a black and white Border Collie, the other a white Poodle. The photos she sent were all taken over a decade ago, the images carrying a hazy, vintage feel, yet each one held a heavy weight of longing. She said she had always missed her two dogs, and while browsing TikTok, she had seen many similar handmade items but hadn't been interested until she saw our work. She immediately added us on social media, smiling and saying, "Maybe it's fate, I just love the feeling your work has." Her wish was simple: to have the two pendants in her car, so that seeing them every day would bring her peace of mind, as if her dogs could still accompany her on her travels.

Initial Design, Heartwarming First Impression

We meticulously examined old photos, capturing the expressions and features of the two dogs, carefully recreating their fur color and outline, and slowly refining the basic shape of the pendant. On August 23rd, before finalizing the production, we took photos of the initial product and sent them to the owner for confirmation. We quickly received her smiling reply: "Sweetie, so beautiful!" Those five simple words conveyed her joy at seeing her familiar face again after so many years, and also motivated us to meticulously refine the final details.

Finished Product Delivered, Year After Year, Always by Your Side

After both pendants were completed, we immediately sent photos of the finished product to the owner. She didn't hide her delight, sending several compliments: "Thank you! So beautiful, I love it so much, it's so realistic, I loved it as soon as I saw the picture." We felt a warmth in our hearts—once these little pendants are hung in the car, every commute, every long trip, will be accompanied by the images of our two furry friends, as if they had never left, still by their owner's side.
